Frequently asked questions

How do I download Instagram Reels?
Copy the Reel URL (use Share → Copy link on mobile) and paste it into milfs.lat. We download the original MP4 directly from Instagram's CDN — no re-encoding, no watermark, full audio.
Can I download Instagram Stories?
Yes, but you need to be logged into Instagram and pass your cookies to milfs.lat. Stories are private by design, so without cookies Instagram returns a 'not available' error. See Settings → Cookies for the one-time setup.
Why does Instagram say my download isn't available?
Instagram aggressively rate-limits anonymous traffic. The fix is to install your browser cookies in Settings — milfs.lat then uses your authenticated session, which gets the same access your normal app does.
Can I download a whole Instagram account?
Pro accounts can submit a profile URL to bulk-download every public post, Reel and IGTV in a single job. Free accounts are limited to one URL at a time.
